Email Authentication Changes
Due to rising email virus and spam issues, TISD is implementing an
authentication based system for sending email. In addition to added
security, the new system will give every TISD customer the ability to send
email from any Internet provider you are connected to. Our webmail system
will not be affected by the changes. The new system is scheduled to take effect
Monday, December 10th.

Still Getting Spam?
Thousands of TISD customers are already enjoying the
benefits of our SPAM and virus filtering service. We have
received calls thanking us for providing the ability to
filter all of those annoying emails from our in-boxes.
We have noticed that many of our users that sign-up for
the filtering service never manage to go to their control
panel and actually turn the service on. Of the 10 users
that have decided to end their filtering service, 8 never
actually made it to the point where they were using the
service!
We would like to emphasize that you MUST go to the control
panel and enable your filtering before it will work. To do
this go to https://login.postini.com and enter your email
address and password. From this screen, you can change your
filtering settings as you desire. If you don't turn them on,
they won't work!
